Those who have XE cams, CC305 & 306's, please explain to me...

...what all your mods are for running the times you do. I'm running an XE 224/230 with GTP Stage II LT1 heads, self-ported and gasket-matched intake manifold, 1.6RR's, 1050cfm twin 58mm T/B, 4.10 gears, headers, and literally EVERY bolt-on part you can imagine (except nitrous or blower). I haven't managed to make it to the track, but I was hoping the car could break 11's. The car is an M6, BTW...

I've seen many people have different cams and VERY different track times. I've seen guys with CC306's running 13's, and I've seen people with XE 224/230's running mid/high 11's. What is everyone using an XE or CC cam running at the track? What are all the mods you have?

Depends on tuning, suspension, weight, ect. There's alot more factors.

Mine, I ran 12.9@104 w/ 1.77 60' before the cam. After is in the sig. The reason I gained so much, is because the cam pushed my power band higher, so I could take advantage of the Vig 3200 and not pass up 90% of my torque.

All info is in my web site...Click on STATS AND SPECIFICATIONS for what's in it.

See sig for mods.
I've run 8.32 in the 8th mile, but I've been told my shifting sucks by a few LS1 spankers. I've only been to a 1/4 mile once during SLP day. I got in one run after waiting 3hrs and I blew it. Anyway, my motor is out right now and I ordered a bigger cam and (Joe's) stage 2 heads.
