is it really going to make a big difference or should i spend the money elsewhere.

 

You can get a small performance gain from a larger throttle body but a 58MM wan't do you any good unless you bore the throttle passages to 58MM. They are 52MM stock so just get your stock 48MM bored out to 52MM or get a replacement.
