The ALDL port should be part of the engine harness. Mine came back with a new prewired fuel pump relay, a check engine light and the ALDL port.

The hypertech is JUNK forget it. Besides with your custom swap you need custom programming not their canned one size fits none stuff. Guys have actually documented that thing to slow cars down in the 1/4 mile.

Tunercat and TTS Datamaster are what you need.
