I had my engine rebuilt. New CAM, Stage 2 port on heads, 383 stroker, etc. The numbers on the CAM:
290@ .500, 230, 114 degree lobe center, .480 lift
On the heads, Intake valve 2.02"
250.6 CFM at .500
269.8 CFM at .650
Exhaust valve - 1.57"
203.0 CFM at .500
214.7 CFM at .650
How do these numbers sound? Any tips on what changes I should make to the PCM parameters?
Thanks.

we need alot more info as to cam specs, compresison ratio dynamic compresion, are these stock ported heads, what size injectors.
but i can tell you will need to have a comp. tune. it may not run at all with out a pcm tune, and if it does, i wouldnt do it long.

What type of CAM specs do I need, do you have an example?
The compression ratio is 9.5 to 1.
What is dynamic compression?
The heads are my stock heads with a stage 2 porting job.
The injectors are stock now (24 lbs), but I have 42.5 lbs injectors ready to be put in when I have the new program.
The car runs rough and sometimes hot the way it is now. What damage to the new motor are you concerned about if I drive it easy the way it is?
I know I need a profession tune, but I want to understand what needs to be done.
Any detailed questions that I can pass onto my engine builder would be appriciated. The guy that was going to tune my car after the rebuild flaked out and I am researching how to find the right guy for the job.
Thanks.
