the CSI works great from 92-97. You do need a 1LE bellows to use it on a F-body though

If you can find/make something to plug the hole on the bellows, that will work too. I just traced the shape of the hole on a piece of wood, cut it out, put black silicone around it, stuck it in and clamped it down. I covered the outside of the woodplug with silicone to further seal it and take away that ghetto look. I have also seen billet aluminum plugs in RK Sport but they were I think about 50 bucks, you may find them for less somewhere else.

I believe they do make a csi for our cars but i have a meziere and its goin on 3 years not a prob and every body i know that has had one loves it. Stick with what works I always say. And just spend the money on a 1le elbow there only like 50 bucks, well worth it i think.

now there is no need to do the bashing. Both pumps have proven there worth

ANY part can have problems at one time or anouther. i find 90% of the problems with either pump is how it was installed

Good luck

I got the CSI for the lower price and it advertises up to 5500 hours compared to 2500 hours from the Meziere. I figure the quality is about the same. I've heard they were built by different divisions of the same manufacturer.

Exclamation

Let's see:

- CSI is a far bigger name than Mezeire.
- CSI is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper
- Both have had failures, but just take a good long look on the track record of both on this board, and you'll see why the CSI is the better choice

Its a common problem, I've heard most people just trim the section of the fan guard to add clearance.
