I'd have to say I have never had a problem with my lever that adjusts my tilt steering wheel. That has always worked fine!

I had a problem with the gas nozzle plastic housing breaking. And also a problem with the nozzle not lining up right after dropping the fuel tank
So you can scratch off the gas cap area from the "working" list

So far my K member and rear axle have held up great, even after sitting on jackstands for long periods of time.

Ok, I got one, does anyone elses Bose CD player not work in even remotely cold temperatures? It'll take the disc in, real slow and jerky then switch back and forth from the radio to cd, like its trying to read it but gives up over and over again. It even does it at like 50 degrees. It works fine after I get the car warmed up.

I thought that my car was problem free, but then the opti crapped at 36k. Talk about premature.

One of the bearings in mine siezed up and it would no longer slide back and forth, ended up buying a new rail. So scratch that one from the list as well!
