Texas Smog Testing... Please Help

Ok I know this is not a camaro im asking about but hopefully some of you can help me out with my sister's car... Its a 92 Toyota Camry... Its failing for NO by 200 ppm... What could be the cause of this... Every other reading on the test passes with flying colors...

High NO is most likely due to a faulty EGR
