Well, you can toss that number in the trash as far as I'm concerned! Totally useless! I spoke to Scat "tech support" this morning and that's the first and last time I'll ever call and talk to them or buy anymore of their products. He was absolutely the most rude, arrogant, condescending a**hole I've EVER dealt with!!! I don't know what his problem was, but if that's the quality of person they hire, I'm AMAZED they're still in business.

I then called and talked with a very polite and knowledgeable guy named Ron at B&M that was extremely helpful and willing to try to help figure out my vibration problem. He asked several questions and gave me a few things to try.
