TB Bypass?

On the 94's are the two hoses on the left and right side underneath where you have to take off the air inlet tube ? IM sure this has been answered MANY a time, but i searched and couldnt find for 93-94 just 95-97 Pics would help tremendously. Thanks in advance.

Simply, you take the two coolant hoses off the bottom of the throttle body and join them with a 3/8" hose barb (union) and clamps.

your throttle body has coolant hoses going into it,and out of it,in theory...in the summer this COOLS the throttle body, and again in theory in the winter, this heats the throttle body to keep the throttle plates from icing up.

what it does in reality...is superheats the throttle body in the summer, which in turn heats the incoming air...which in turn makes you lose horsepower since colder, denser air makes more power.

ive never had a gm TB ice up in the winter...ever,and ive had my share of lt1 and TPI cars..

you basically jsut take the intlet hose, and the outlet hose...and connect them together...coolant no longer flows into the throttle body.

BE careful when doing this, fulyl protect the optispark from spilled coolant.
