TB. Bypass
I wanted to do my own TB Bypass and wanted to know a couple things,
how long of a pice of tubing and what
size on the od & id, and is just a pice of tubing
or is it a pice of plastic tube? will i need a couple of
hose clamps.
and most important will I have to bleed the radiator once I take these 2 hoses off the .
TB. connections?
thanks guys

It's not even that technical.
Just go to pepboys get a 3/8inch "Brass colored" hose connector and 2 3/8inch caps.
You use your old hose clamps
Total $3.25cents

On 96-97 models you dont need any tubing or anything. You just disconnect the 90 degree rubber tube on the passenger side and then take the rubber hose from the driver side and plug it where the 90 degree came from, and then cap off the ends comming out of the throttle body.

except it's 95-7 that you need nothing [unless you want to use the 3/8" vacuum caps to cover the TB inlet/outlet..]
93-4 you need the 3/8" hose connector..
