taylor plug wire repair kit

how do you use this thing? it's just a wire, with a boot, and a little metal thingie.

do i have to strip the insulation? and crimp the little metal thingie?

anyway. i don't wanna mess it up and have to order another one. it didn't come with any directions. maybe i'm just an idiot, and i don't see what to do.

Just bend the small wire over, crimp it to the metal piece, and slide the boot over the metal part, it's easier said than done... but it shouldn't take you too long.

You have to leave enough wire there for the wire to touch and go into the metal thing, but not so much that you cant cramp the metal thing onto the wire. I just did this yesterday actually, it was a bit of a pain but it worked perfectly. Now i have all 8 cylinders again!
