nvm i went with the top mount. It just seems like they would be easier to use with headers.

Impossible to burn a wire with the OVC from taylor. I have the heat shields too and I am not worried at all about ever burning a wire. Plus they look awesome!
The side ones seemed kinda cheaply made to me.

I bought the top mounts a little over a month ago, I still havent gotten around to installing the damn things, how long do you think it takes to install them for a cautious newbie?

And also, should I just basically wire them up and then cut and crimp them while im installing them? or are there set lengths which i should use

Took me about 40 min do the OVC wires. This includes removing the tensioner for routing the pass. side wires. Doing OVCs is VERY easy.

It probably only took him 40 min to do the job because he is using Jet hot LT's so routing the wires is easy. It should be easy to do the routing for you to b-stevens because the plug access on the mac headers is great.

I ordered the ovc kit from thunderracing.com. It was $99.00 which comes with everything including the crimping tool. But they were out of the tool when i ordered mine so he knocked off $10.00.
