Tax money into the Z28

Tax rebate money coming in.... hehe. I am thinking about buying some headers for my car, but i dont want to spend much more than 350-400 on them. I have a 94 Z28, stock aside from the k&n CAI. I want something that isnt going to fall apart, but not the most expensive thing in the world. I am also looking for something that comes as a kit, everthing i am going to need to put them on this thing..
I am also going to do plugs and wires at the same time. advice as to wich ones to buy are also welcome.
oh yah, I live in Minnesota. We dont do emmisions checks here, or at least I have never done one, and the state hasnt said anything to me about it. How easy, and is it worth "going around" ie removing my cat?

Thanks for the constant help everyone

Mike

Go with Pacesetter. The mids can be had WITH y-pipe for around $260 brand new. You can get the longtubes for about $270 but that doesnt include the $150 you will spend for the off-road pipe. Pacesetter's are gaining alot of popularity here and they are the best bang for the buck.

if you get an offroad pipe, as i understand it, that doesnt have the o2 sensor outputs. what do you do with your computer then? does that screw things up?
