Taking apart electrical connectors
You carefully bend back the catch on the connector until it clears a small tab (you can see it pretty clearly in the pic) on whatever it is coming off of. If you get too aggressive with a connector that has seen a lot of heat or is old, you can snap it off (so be nice). Give it a wiggle and it should come free. Never pull on the wires.
Oh, I mean removing the wires from the plug. I was able to do it to the temp. sensor in the head by pushing a pin into the little slot above each wire female terminal, it released the clip inside the plug and I easily pulled out the wires w/ the female terminals on them.
go to radioshack and buy the lil terminal tools for it. makes life realllly easy, if anything else, get a smallll screwdriver or pick and press the lil catches on the metal pins in and it should slide out.

Seems like there have been some real basic questions around here lately, though.
Tools like mentioned or jewelers screwdrivers. Some multiple wire connectors have a "cap" on the back that should be removed first. Be careful, because you can easily break the "lock tang" on an individual terminal.
I ghetto rigged a 'pin tool' from a section of an old telescopic antenna off an old radio.. one of the sections was just the right diameter inside...
You might try something like that..
