what do you guys think?,
why would my runs be unconsistent?

Those look like good #'s to me. They're pretty strong given the mods in your sig.

Maybe as the car warmed up you were picking up some knock retard? Just a guess, but have you tried to ever monitor the car for knock?

i have never tried to observe what knock i get. i wouldnt even know how to go about it. on 93's you cant even put on a lt4 knock module.

how can i check for knock?

You need a cable from www.akmcables.com and tts datamaster (free for 20 runs) or some free utility like freescan.

Oh geez, I didn't realize all those were from the same day. A lot of people here store theirs on the computer then they import their graph on top of the others. They do that so you can compare from each dyno run from say april then june then august and with different mods as well...I think probably that is a knock as suggested. That is a pretty big discrepency in the numbers. Still the numbers you listed are very good.
