Tailpipes make water steam after long usage ... is this normal??

Well, they do get hot, so... If they touch water, then yeah, steam may result.

its not hot outside though ... ambient temperature is in the low 70's at most....

im just wondering if this has happened to anyone else

sure its not white smoke? my ac and heater always drip water onto the top of my y-pipe that could be it
