Need help....
Anybody know of a site to visit covering the complete rebuild of a T56 trans. I want to do it myself, so any input would be helpful. I already have the GM manual, but I would like to interact with someone who has actually done it. Tips, tricks, etc...

Why do you want to rebuild the tranny? I have fixed mine several times after breakage just using the T56 Supplement to the Helms.

Thanks for the site info. Lots of good picks. My tranny is making a wicked "bearing" type noice that is intermentant, and some syncro's need replacing. Did you have to buy any tools, make do with what you had, or make tools to get the job done?
