T-Top Leak From HELL

After a 6 hours of downpours, I went to check the Trans Am. Behind the drivers seat, I found the carpet fairly wet. But, behind the passenger seat, these was a 1/4 inch of water just sitting there. My t-tops have always leaked a little, but never this bad. They only leak in the back, none if very little water drips down the front of the t-tops. I will be getting subframe connectors soon, but why are they leaking so bad? Anyone have ideas to help me out??? All I can do for now is place towels where they leak. This sux. Rant over.

Check the drain holes. On each side of the T top gasket is a small drain hole. check to see if it clogged(use compressed air) also follow the drian holes down under car to see if they are kinked. Pull the carpet up to follow them.
