Synchro?!?!?
Maybe once a week or so my car violantly comes out of 3rd gear... It will be fully engaged and will come out... a few times a loud thud has come with it... any clues whats causing this???

Mine pops out of third too, but it doesn't do it hard like yours. I've heard this is pretty common in these trannys.

Either that or your 3/4 fork, same symptoms for both problems, cant say until the tranny is apart.
