Check all the regular stuff first to be sure but I am betting your cap and rotor are shot and most likely the bearing in the opti is toast as well.
I had about 134k on my opti when I replaced it, the cap and rotor looked nasty and the bearing was going.

Dude You want to check the MAP and MAF connectors for loose wires...
Pull the connectors out, clean them and dont forget the Fuel injectors too. Mine was dropping one injector. It was on and off randomly but you coud tell it was just one cylinder..
I pulled all the connectors out one at a time and cleaned the conector and the Injector contacts. It fixed my cylinder problem. I didnt try to figure out what cylinder was not firing. I just cleaned them all. Eventually I would have done them all one at a time anyways.
Get yerself a six pack and polish then connectors clean as a pastime. Do not worry cause if you do then the whole job sucks. I take my sweet time to do things in the car.
