you should be able to notice the difference right away. The biggest difference for me was when I would hit it from a roll. The car would just jump forward, with fast response, un like the stock gears.

And for the guy who said, 3.23's are fine. You are the first person I have ever heard say that. All the 4th gen people I have met said gears were one of the best bang for the buck mods. And I totaly agree on that.

maybe your tires are jsut spinninng out of control...cuase jsut a few days ago, i got my cam, gears, and lifters springs and pushrods in...and i cant even get traction for crap...i can punch it from a roll like 30mph and my tires will spin...try new tires man..cuase i need them bad, i have like -1% left on mine

i went from 3.23s in a 6speed (93) to 3.73s and i noticed a MASSIVE difference.... At the same time i did gears i did the infamous !traction mod I love my 3.73s they feel so much different

I just went from 2.73's to 3.42's. Awsome improvement...I am getting Pcmforless tuning though, as of now my speedo is off, and I am going easy on them.

I dropped .3 and gained 3MPH switching from 3.23's to 3.73's.

I'd hope that you get no traction from a 30 roll with all that, lol... When my car was completely stock I could punch it from a 40 roll and break the tired loose.
