Gut your cats, then you'll need ear plugs.

 

Thats probably the only reason it sounds good is because he still has cats on there. Take those cats away and put some headers on your car and that cutout will annoy you.

 

I was planning on running a dynomouth catback or flowmaster for the sound. I wanted to do the cutout for the performance. I was gonna go with an electric lid on the end. I am running flowmaster with bbk shorties. My cat is blown from the headers. I was gonna sell my flowmaster setup to a buddy hopefully and I was deciding what to go with. I like the sound of flowmaster, but not the performance. I have never heard dynomouth on an lt1 only on a ls1. I know it will sound different, better or worse I am not sure. It sounds like a damn race car on an ls1, hints why I want it. If anyone knows where there are soundclips or has advice let me know. Thanks, Michael
