For a every day driver I'd leave the bar on. As my car only see's the track, and a quick drive every now and then to a friends house, I have left mine off. It's not that bad, but then again, I don't drive it everyday.

Sway Bar Removal

Sway bar removal, excellent for the strip but maybe not so for a daily driver as others have said. Regular turns are ok even on ramps are ok. But try this. Pretend your about to get in a accident turn the wheel hard one way and then turn it the other real fast, the car will lean and not react as quick and might even overstteer. (front end plows) Its a little scary, now I hope none of us ever gets into an accident but for the tenth it might give me I'll just keep it on and up the juice lol .

Did some of you guys used to own mustangs? LOL My swaybar endlink popped a bolt and the car has been poopoo to drive since. Talk about body lean! It feels like a fox body mustang in the curves. Then again, take off the swaybar in a fox body...NOT gonna take a fast turn in that for sure!

LOL those mustang guys...
I have been driving without the swaybar on my daily driver since I broke it around for quite awhile. I deffinately agree that the front end comes up much quicker & higher.
I was able to go from a 14.1 to a 13.91 by adding BMR LCA's and removing the front swaybar as the only change. The temp was almost identical.
The problems are obvious though. The car now "tracks" (follows the ruts in the road) MUCH worse. I have to keep both hands on the wheel with a pretty good grip anywhere I go. Also, it is a little tougher to corner, but not too bad. I did notice that if you make any quick corretions that it is tougher to recover.
Great for the track.....alright, but not recommended for the street
