Must mean target IAC. I dunno print out a record from datamaster and it shows IAC POS and below that shows IAC TGT. So I guess printing out a record shows more info then what is displayed.

seems like maybe if IAC POS deviates too far from IAC TGT then there would be a problem.

EVERYBODY with a surge should read THIS!! Quite a thorough analysis.. the culprit ended up being one spark plug boot!

tell me if this works for any of you guys

yah that was exactly my problem. but found out that one opti bolt was a bit loose and i dunno if it was the problem but the opti was hard to turn and seemed siezed. I was getting opti codes also. SO i put a new opti in and bam been working since. So not a plug problem for me or wire but in fact the opti kicked the bucket.
