i have a code p1441 and first things first i changed the lines up on the engine cuz they were pretty cracked....next on my list is the lines on the evap...and that check valve....well when i went to take it off...gas came pouring out is that normal?

also the check valve when i took it off...the valve goes both ways...which is bad..so im gonna replace that and the lines from it...anything else??

im checking this stuff cuz off the line my car like has to think when i stomp on the gas......new items are fuel/air filter, plugs, i cleaned out the iac......if im going like 5mph and i stomp on the gas it will kick down and squeal em but other than that....i dont wanna have to start out at going 5mph to race...i want to go from a dead stop plus when the car is cold it runs so strong...but once it warms up thats when this happens....id like to roast them of the start not when the car kicks into 2nd thanx for all imput
