summit lt1 kit

well last night i nuked it on a nitrous run melted 3 pistons i got a lt1 block that needs to be rebuilt i was gonna go with kit with the speed pro forged pistons with all new bearings and pump gaskets etc my old crank is in good shape with a 10 thou undercut is this a decent kit or a cheap set up ?or should i just get new pistons and go with the speed pro part #trwl2304f30 obviously forged wit a .100 dome on it gonna run same cam as in sig help

How big a shot?
Who did your tune?

stock crank ...250 shot wet to lean on the fuel end i used a friends drilled jet and it was wrong....pcmforless tune

If you do get that kit, remember to request a stock volume pump unless you have an aftermarket oil pan.

you need pistons made from 2618 alloy for that big of a shot, if you want them to last
