im not 100% set on getting these gears anyways, its just an idea floating around in my head lol, that sounds like it could be fun though haha, what does the m29s have?

Be careful with the gears on a 93 if you have an M6. First find out which tranny you have - there were two different T56's used in 1993. The RPO M28 has a 3.36 1st gear (2.73 factory rear axle ratio). Go with 3.90's on that and you've got a stump puller. If you combined a 3.73 rear with an M29, 1st gear would be:

2.97 x 3.73 = 10.08

ah yes i remember that message, sorry forgot about it. my friend who is also helping me rebuild my car told me that the smarter choice would to go to 3.73s. 3.90s will work but its not smart of an idea cuz it might mess with stuff, he said stay with the 3.73s to be safe so i might go with that, maybe drop 1 lower im not sure. wat would you recommed? and if i got these 3.73s on a stock 93lt1 m6, what would i have to replace, or upgrade for it to work well?
