Stupid ? ... But where does the Integrated Body Controll Module go ? lol

Stupid ? ... But where does the Integrated Body Controll Module go ? lol

I am planning on trying to start the car tommorow and it will be the first it has run since 98, was in a the wreck the motor was out when i got it , i got it almost all done , and tommorow will be start up day ... i hope ? ... Anyways , i was walking into the garage , check my Car Parts bin and see the Integrated Body Controll Module ... I coulda sworn i already hooked it up, its possible that this is a extra, but incase i am wrong, Can anyone tell me where, or give a picture of where it is/plugs into/goes ??? Or at least a desription ? lol thanks

It should be like back behind the glovebox mounted on the HVAC housing.

Ok so my 95 wouldnt have one ? and so the body controll mudule that came with my 95 Z28 Convertible ( Bought it wrecked and got a **** load of parts with it ) doesnt even go to the car ? Haha Shoebox ur awesome ... positive its only for OBD II cars ?

Yeah, only 96 and later. It should have a 32 pin connector on it if it is a BCM.

lol thanks again shoebox ... Knew somehting didnt seem right , i coulda sworn all my **** was hooked up now ... And then i see that layin there im like WHOA ... O and it says Integrated Body Controll Module on it lol so its definatly that ...
