No problem.... spring the dough for a new one at autozone.... no more than 8$. It will save you some heart ache.

you are fine w/ 160* tstat. Don't need to change it back...


Make sure you bleed the air from the system after you replaced the thermostat.

Just start the car, and open those screws one at a time untill you can see coolant tryin to get out... make sure you don't get any on your opti.
(The opti is your distributor, look where the spark plug wires go to find it)
