i just re-lashed my valves, re-installed my headers, got the car running and i still have a slight stumble when my car shifts.

it's a 97 z A4, when i goose it and am going gung-ho, around 50mph it'll shift has a slight stumble....then around 90mph i have a huge stumble, and the car just doesn't seem to want to shift...like it's missing, when i lay off the gas and go not as hard it'll shift like butter...


any ideas? i know i have a slightly burned plug wire, and a minor exhaust leak, i also know i need tuning...could these be the cause or is that too much of an unknown given the current list of things I know are wrong?
