stud replacement

stud replacement

i broke a wheel stud on my car. do i have to pull the axles out to replace the stud. i dont think there is room to push/hammer it out. any help is apprecitated.

No need to pull the axel. When you get reedy to pound it out just make sure to check the back for clearance, and make sure the wheel is lined up when you jack it up. I've replaced about four with out pulling an axel. Just feel around behind it and you see what I mean.
