stroker q's

what is the best stroker kit for a nitrous motor 383, 396, 408 for a 1994 firebird and where can i get these kits from at a reasonable price

Parts, not assembled, there are a few good vendors on this board. For the less expensive forged www.cmotorsports.com (now Nevarez Racing Products) has an forged Eagle/SRP kit for around $1650. Golen Engine Service has a kit available for around $2000. Also, cnc-motorsports has some rotating assemblies that are decent. I'd rather support the vendors on this board.

383 (3.750 stroke) will be cheapest. 396 (3.875 stroke)will cost more and parts selection will be more critical due to clearance issues.
408 is more common in the LSX world, haven't heard of any LT1's that size.
If it is done, double what I said about the 396.
