stroker build
Looking to rebuild my lt1 i have built gen 1 blocks in the past stroked this will be my first lt1 . First thing will my fly wheel bolt up to the crank? I know you have to use a 400 balancer will that work with the pully set up

you have a few things going here. Fist of all, internally the LT1 is no different than a later Gen I block with the 1 piece rear main seal, except for how it is balanced. The LT1's are internalle (neutral) balanced in the front and externally balanced in the rear.
Second, I see that you are still stuck in the "throw a 400 sbc crank in it" days, that is no longer in play these days. When you get a new crank, have your machinist neutral balace it with the rest of the rotating assembly and there will not be any need for the 400 sbc balancer, just reuse your LT1 balancer. Also, your flywheel will bolt up just fine but if the rotating assembly is balanced neutral, the weights on the flywheel will have to be removed.
Third, you really should try to use the search feature on here and do some reading. All of this info is on here repeatedly. Trust me, I have MANY more searches than I do posts !
Take care
