Unhappy Stripp Volts or thread>!?

ok guys.. while i was working on my exhaust manifold trying to take it off i think i stripp one of the volts or the threads on my right passenger so i just tighten it up really good..now im getting a reading on my right BANK 160 and it says o2 sensor running lean...Could that cosst of an exhaust leak maybe???How can i maybe repair the heads or do i have to get new pairs of heads im really trying to save money right now well actually i dont have any money for a spare of heads any suggestion on what i should do???thanxs in advance!!!

Do you mean bolts? You will have to determine if the bolt or the head is stripped. It is almost impossible to repair the thread in the head without removing it, as there is very little room to do anything.
