Stock Valve springs with 1.6rr's?

Stock Valve springs with 1.6rr's?
Just wondering if stock valve springs will work with 1.6 rr's or if I'll have to upgrade my valve springs?

It is advisable to change them. If you are changing nothing but the rocker arms, then they will probably "work", but you may be getting close to coil bind. Better safe than sorry.

Yeah, the LT4 springs are around $30.00. (If I remember right.) Pretty cheap insurance to prevent broken springs/engine carnage. Might as well replace locks and retainers while you at it too. Also very cheap.
