stock tb size?

i just want to make sure im correct. stock throttlebodys are 48mm, correct?

if i stepped up to a 52mm or 54mm what modifcations would need to be done to the intake or will they bolt right up? also how much power if any will be gained over stock tb, with all the bolt-ons and a cc305?

It will bolt right up but you will need to use the gasket as a template to make the bores on the intake larger.

only for a 58mm. gains will most likely be minimal at best

Stock throttlebody is 48mm. I believe a 54 will bolt up with no modifications. I know a 52 will. I have one on my car.

You can go up to a 52mm TB, anything larger and you will have to port the intake manifold bores. With your mods, I don't see you needing anything larger then a 52mm though.

Most people won't notice the change without programming. It really depends on your entire package from the engine, exhaust, and intake. It sounds like you have a fair amount of bolt-ons so you may get about 370 RWHP without porting the heads... which would bring it up to 410 RWHP. These are estimates.

And way off estimates.

Your stock TB is fine.

How are those estimates way off. With all of his bolt ons plus a CC305, he could get 375 RWHP with a larger TB and programing... easy.
