stock rocker help needed asap
If you are putting the belt back on by yourself, route the belt on the alternator, power steering pump, a/c compressor and the crank pulley. Loosen the tensioner with one hand and reinstall the belt on the lower tensioner with the other hand.
well just so i know how to get it back on. its not like my 92, and i pulled on the belt to release the tensioner in order to get the belt off, just cant release the tensioner in order to get the belt back on. is there some where u can stick a 3/8" ratchet to release like on my 92
after running the car with the valve cover off, i found the rocker thats making noise. the noise is more identifiable now. It sounds like a squeaking sorta chirping metal on metal squeak. should i just tighten that rocker and see if the sound goes away, or do i have a bad lifter
i dont wanna damage the cam, by over tightening the rockers if thats possible
