More or less at what point should you replace them? I have some poly mounts but didn't install them because my FLP's are already touching the floor pan as it is and the poly will raise them up even more. Would stock mounts handle 550 to 600rwhp? Thanks Alan

I dont think the stock ones have a limit they are sandwitched between 2 sheels so it wont flex out of its range. its the trans mounts that go...

Yeah I dont think youll have to worry about the motor mounts going....infact I dont know of too many guys who have changed them out b/c they had too much power???

For insurance if you worried a good strong aftermarket set should be more than enough..

Just a question for you, nothing to do with the mounts, but do you have a 12 bolt or 9"? Just curious cuz you didnt list it in your sig, and thats a small amount of power you are putting down there (sarcasm).

Nope, no 9" or 12 bolt yet, thats next though....Ill guess Ill take my chances with the 10 bolt for now...no clutch drops and good 60's for a little while.

Oh I have a 10 bolt but I got a TA Cover now so it should be ok
I got another 10 bolt on the ground that I will rebuild real soon but you know I will be on the F/S section looking for a 12 bolt also. Now I got to do is figure out how to come up with the green for a 12 bolt and I will be all set.

I'm running over 600rwHP with the original factory motor mounts.... No problems, and the setup has been run with both the T56 (690rwHP) and with a TH400 (617rwHP).
