Basically you take a dremel tool and smooth out the combustion chamber, and smooth out the ports. There are some burs due to casting, and you take those out. Then sand and polish it up. Also, you would match the size of the intake ports to your intake and the exhaust ports to your headders. I would say if you had Lloyd Elliot port them they would probably be good to 400 RWHP.
