Stock lifters and GM847
Is it okay to use my stock lifters with my GM847, temporaraly?

I would think it would be ok for a while. I would eventually chance them eventually tho. I am going to be running a .544 lift cam and I plan on using the stockers.

Should be fine til about 6000 rpm. You might loose some power past 6k with stock lifters with a big cam
