stock exhaust manifold spacer location

Hey Guys,
What is the proper location for exhaust manifold spacers on a stock
94Lt1 manifold.

From what. I remember, the rearmost bolt on each side had a spacer...I don't remeber any others.

It could be as simples putting hem wherever the cast flange is thin...

The only bolts that don't have them on my 95 are the two center bolts.
