Still not starting up correctly

Car doesn't want to start up correctly. I turn the key and it cranks and cranks, just doesn't start until i try it a few times.

A few days ago i hooked up a pressure guage and got this...
10:13 = 43psi (Right after primed with key off)
10:24 = 35psi
10:34 = 25psi
10:46 = 18psi
10:55 = 15psi
Took the advice of some other forum members and swapped the fuel pump.

Last night i go to leave for work and and wouldn't start easy then either. Kept cranking and cranking, it started to stumble and i got a loud backfire.

Just hooked up a pressure guage and got this...

5:40 = 43psi (Right after primed with key off)
5:50 = 41psi
6:00 = 41psi
6:10 = 39psi
So it looks like the fuel pump was causing me to lose some pressure but now i have another gremlin to deal with.

If the fuel system is working, (and no problem with air) that leads me to think fire. Spark plugs need swapped maybe? Don't have time to yank one right now, just trying to get an idea.
