Still maxing out injectors

I installed today the 50lbers and I am still maxing them out...

At least datamaster shows 104% duty cycle...

Any thoughts????

I also have a superfueler with 2 96 and one 83.

At least now I can rev to 6000 as opposed to 5400 with the 30lbers. I am running 50psi FP at idle and above 60 at WOT...

Thanks

That can't be right. What kind of combo do you have? Did you get the injectors flow tested/cleaned before installing them?

Something is screwy there.

50lb injectors should be fine.

Someone here should be able to take a look at your log.

I'm illiterate when it comes to that though.

You said you had the injector constant set at 42#, even though they are high-Z 50's. Do you still have the constant set at 42#? That would explain why you are getting 104% duty cycle... the calculations aren't correct.

It almost sounds like the "50's" aren't really 50's. Are you sure the stock PCM supports injector constants that high?

I fixed that they needed bigger offsets.. I have them set at 52# due to the fact that the fuel press is set at 55psi - 70psi at WOT...

It maybe my calibration or WOT Table since I had them set for 30# and there is a big spike

As soon as I got to 5400 my fuel curve began to spike up and I thought it was because I totally maxed the injectors...

Now I still have that spike and it will jump from 70% to 97 and 105%... but my O2 millivolts are the same, although I know they are far from accurate in the upper and lower ranges...

Any suggestions?
