I would double and triple check to make sure all connections opti coil etc ect are plugged in.One of the connectors could have a losse conn. Also check your ground wire make sure goodantighty.Best of luck to you.
car turns over.... and i've put a test light on the wires.... opti is new... the car did run for 5 mins after the cam installl then died.
i didnt ahve any fuel pressure..... i unhooked the fuel lines and trned the key... nothing came out...
put a new fuel pump relay in... nothing still
tried to prime the pump with the primer near the PCM.... nothing....
i dont hear any hum from the fuel pump when i turned the key...
put the new pump in today.... gonna wait thill tommorow

Your old pump may have been temporarily frozen up. All the jostling of removal might have freed it to the point of being able to run when you hit it with voltage. That does not mean it wouldn't conk out again after running for a while.
