Still have low end stumble after new 02 install...........HELP!!!!

Still have low end stumble after new 02 install...........HELP!!!!
Well, just put in new 02s and thunder racing extensions and I STILL HAVE A LOW END STUMBLE. Im really starting to get pissed off.
After my electric cutout was installed the infrequent stumble started..........I assumed I fried my 02s, plus they had 130,000 kms on them. Anyways, this apparently isnt the problem.......that or I got 2 ****ty 02s.

My egr block off plates fell off? lol

ohh, opti was replaced 25,000 kms ago....and I have taylor OVC wires and new plugs. (installed 15,000 kms ago)
