still fighting Primary Tube leak on LT

still fighting Primary Tube leak on LT

Well i have tryed just about every thing i can think of to get rid of this leak, It is the slip fit tube on the JetHot long tubes.
Here is what i have tryes

High Temp Furnace cement (cracked over time)
RTV high temp (didnt even work )
RTV & clampted it (now it started leaking aging

I dont want to pull the header off any one else got a fix i can try?

Maybe you could try some of that high temp exhaust repair tape, then put a band clamp over it. I did this to seal my y-pipe connections...works great.

Did you use the right clamp it should be the 13/4 t clamp i believe its called summit has them you can snug it up real tight should seal with no other stuff to use.

I tried everything also..Only thing that worked was welding it up
