Steam Pipe behind heads
I saw that there is a different part number for the 93-94 and 95-97, anyone know what the differences are? Are the bolts the same? Can you use the newer one on a 94 LT1?

The early steam line has a hose attached to the end that goes to the radiator. That is the only difference. You should be able to use the later steam line as long as you reuse that hose (or put a new one on).
