I was about to buy one used for 50, most used are like 75 or so. Its supose to be worth it, I mean they dont cost much and most people agree it helps a little.

I have the BMR one but I saw the Hotchkis one on a Trans AM at a local car show and wish I'd spent the extra money on that one. Looks much much better.

I have one on my 3.8 Camaro. I could tell a little difference not a whole lot. But I like the way it looks. I will most definetly be getting one for the Z-28.

The BMR brace is a good piece. That and a set of sfcs will make a definite improvement in handling.

I know, I know. Trust me. Save up your money and get a Hotchkis. Hell, if I had the extra cash I'd sell you my BMR one and apply the money to a Hotchkis.

i think that if you can get the BMR for a good price, buy one. I bought one, but i never put it on. I've heard that it does help and little and some say that it doesnt. I think even if it does, most of what you'll see an improvement on, might be somewhat in your head to ya know? Just like anything u do or change, it just "feels" like its better and/or faster ya know what i mean? JMO

I have a BMR STB. Major difference (but I'm sure you'll notice that with any stb). If you go over any bumps, your tires feel as they are planted on the road better, and cornering, a world of difference!

I've been contemplating whether or not to get the BMR STB. I know it makes a difference in handling, but what I really want to know is will it help at all in straight line performance?

I have the BMR. It definately made the car feel more solid when I go over uneven pavement, or up my dirveway. Less rattles from the dashboard, etc.

I chose the BMR over the Hotchkis because the Hotchkis has two HINGES on it! WTF? This is a brace to make the car more rigid and it has hinges

Hotchkis is the way to go. Call then direct, sometimes they have blems in stock. Seen them on e-bay to for $100.
