STB - which one?

i am looking into getting a STB, just wondering which one you guys think is the best to get for the money, i think i am looking into one from BMR

They all do a good job. BMR is excellent, SLP is also good. With a STB it comes down to preference and colour choice.

You may also want to research the pros and cons of a 2 point brace vs a 3 pt brace.

another vote for BMR two point.

#1 simple strong and cheap
#2 choice of color to go with the car
#3 no problem with cracking windsheild like with the 3 pt style
#4 there is a group purchase on BMR stuff right now. look in the GP section or look up/email Aaron at ACA

In terms of function they are all (2pt.) about the same.

However, I think that the Hotchkis is much better looking and more friendly if you ever work on your engine. It can be easily taken off without removing the mounting brackets.

Hotchkis: user friendly, better looking, functional
BMR: inexpensive, functional

I have doubts about the effectiveness of the Hotchkis unit since its design puts bolts at what are essentially pivot points. The BMR brace is a good piece. It can be installed/removed in minutes and it fits and looks right.

I gots hotchkis I love it easily removed to do plugs and such and looks great
