When i first start my 93 Z28 it fires right up, however, once I stop somewhere, shut it off, it won't start back up. It makes a lot of noise when its cranking over...almost like the timing is off, it then floods out and after a couple hours sitting there it will fire back up and runs fine...also lately its been missing when i mash the gas once in a while, but runs fine otherwise.

I've put new plugs and wires in it too. Didn't cure it

Any suggestions?
